Navigating the green card process can be overwhelming under normal circumstances, but doing so during such a politically turbulent time is beyond anxiety-inducing. Having the right legal team absolutely invaluable. Brad was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and reassuring from the start. Veronica, my Case Manager, was especially wonderful throughout my case- she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive, and guided me through the entire process. When my case faced a longer-than-expected wait time, she helped me understand my options and encouraged me to consider congressional assistance rather than simply waiting indefinitely. Angela Duran38 days agoWe honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience and how grateful we are for all the help and guidance we received throughout my husband’s immigration process. From the very beginning, our lawyer Brad and the entire staff were always kind, professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions we had. We did have an unexpected bump in the road when my husband was picked up by immigration, even though he already had a fingerprint appointment scheduled. It was a very stressful and scary situation for our family, but having a lawyer we trusted made such a huge difference. We always felt like we were in good hands. We never felt alone through it, and we felt confident knowing we had someone knowledgeable fighting for us and guiding us through such a difficult situation. Everyone was detail-oriented and answered all of my questions. Alex, specifically, is very organized and optimistic. Dulce is very strong and to the point, exactly as you would expect and want from someone who is representing you in the more important aspects of immigration. The team is well made and that in itself is a reflection of the leadership. Brad is a great person and is very human despite having to deal with immigration issues (especially recently). When searching for legal services we were looking for someone we could count on that was legitimate professional and would be available at all times through the process. They are also very easy to work with remotely. All communications have been prompt and efficient. They got my temporary residence approved 2 months after applying and 5 months to get my permanent residence (Green Card). Kimiya Shahzadi863 days agoBrad Thompson is the best immigration lawyer! I’ve had a bad one to know. So grateful for his firm. I’m an Australian who married an American, filled I-130 marriage, my last lawyer at a different firm was hard to reach, barely answered, and didn’t tell me I had to renew my greencard in 2 years! I missed the renewal and came to Brad, he not only fixed everything quickly and was very responsive, I found out I was eligible for citizenship much sooner than I thought! Today I passed my U.S. citizenship test! :D My husband and I are grateful to Brad and his firm. A heartfelt thank you for everything you do and your genuine care to do right by people. *Add to my review date June 11, 2024 after my US citizenship I travelled to the London and Iceland Air was not willing to let me back into the US saying there was no proof I was in any way affiliated with the US. I was shocked and horrified, I called Brad at 7am his time he answered and escalated this issue to the highest degree ready to contact our local senator and sue them. They progressed my case quickly and let me catch my plane back to the US. If that's not going above and beyond when you need it most, I don't know what is. I was well aware of what to expect on day one and it’s why I immediately signed up without soliciting other law offices. Alex Francia who took over our file is extremely resourceful and prompt. He was able to supply information that presented an option to expedite our processing time and was on the ball getting our application switched to the US embassy in Jordan where it took a couple of months after that to secure the interview spot.
