TPS allows nationals of certain countries facing war, disasters, or humanitarian crises to live and work legally in the United States temporarily.
Who Qualifies
Applicants must:
Be nationals of a country designated for TPS
Have lived in the U.S. since the required date
Have no serious criminal convictions
Benefits
TPS provides:
